‘Timbie’, our adjoining property, is home to our very own olive grove. 

SIX THOUSAND olive trees are harvested around April each year.  The olive trees produce TIMBIE OLIVE OIL – cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. The entire process, from the picking to the bottling, is completed on site.
